Smaller Size Dress Shoe Help

I recently bought a pair of a pair of caramel brown leather dress shoes from Yoox.com in a size us 6 (eu39). My feet are fairly small, and thought the pair of shoes would fit me well. Unfortunately, with the snugness of my pants, the shoes are kind of large for me. Does anyone know of a site where I can find some sleek leather shoes in smaller sizes? I've tried to look online for websites, checked ebay, but nothing seems to look fashionable to me. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would GREATLY appreciate it! Thanks!

If your feet are that small, you might want to try boys' shoes. While your style choices would be limited, I believe Brooks Brothers offers some dress shoes for boys.

I don't understand how the snugness of your pants affect the fit of your shoe.

Since the bottom of my pants aren't wide and are snug, when the shoes are bulky, the hem of the pants don't sit well over the shoes.

I guess I am looking for 'brogues' in smaller sizes. Anyone know of any retailers that carry a US sz 5/5.5?

You might have to go custom from someplace like Gaziano & Girling or Edward Green.

Budget?

39 shouldn't be that hard from any of the EU shops.

EU39 is not a US6, it's a 7, about. If you take a 6, you want a 38 or 38.5.

Meanwhile, if they fit your feet, the problem is not with the foot size of the shoe re. the pants, but with the bulkiness of the style. It's true, when I wear slim pants I can't wear bulky shooz unless the pants are cut short enough that they just touch the shoe, no break.

This looks like sort of a combo problem to me.

As bro said above, if you're actually a 6 or 6½, you got some luck, since there are some pretty nice kids' shoes out there. I'm a 7 and it's a tough go.
