Looking for a good small plates place for a dinner this Friday night. Some place good and not too expensive - like 100 per couple with wine.

Also, somewhere where I can get a table without too much hassle would be great too. Any advice?

I know there are tons of SF peeps on this board.

Here's a few places I like:

More expensive
Cortez on Geary
Andalu on 16th

Less expensive
Las Ramblas on Valencia
Bar Bambino on 16th

It seems like it's impossible to *not* find small plates everywhere in San Francisco nowadays, it's really starting to feel played-out.

But, I did have a rather enjoyable small-plates dinner at Azie a few weeks ago.

As for making reservations, I use OpenTable.com most of the time.
