Small everyday bag

Hello lads.

My everyday carry stuff is: keys, passport, wallet, earbuds and glasses case.

And I mostly go Business casual or formal style.

So it seems only appropriate option of a bag is Briefcase.

But it's too big for me.

I just use Converse Flight bag now, which most of the time I just hold in my hand or sometimes use strap.

But when I go in suit or blazer people says it looks weird and out of style.

Can you guys recommend me something?
I'm thinking of big designer wallet or something like this.

Are you crossing a border during your workday? Why is your passport something you carry everyday?

Generally speaking I would never put my wallet or passport in a bag. Always carry those on your person. If the wallet is too big you need to re-think and downsize to a money clip or something slimmer. So: keys, airbuds, glasses. Those can easily fit in a small portfolio case. Something like this would work:
