I dig the small or short collar trend on button down shirts. Anyboady know of brands that make this style of shirt. I bought a Calvin Kleinthe other day, but looking for more.

everyone is making that way now. i guess BB and Polo probably don't. you probably want band of outsiders because that's what everyone buys. carin wester (swedish label) had some tiny really really fucking tiny ones like 3 years ago.

damn, I must be out of the loop. I have seen a couple streetwear brands offer it, but I can't remember what brands. I don't like the super tiny look, but I aint wear a tie, so I don't need a big ol collar.

the big collar isn't there to accomodate a tie. that was just the style. the style was for the collar to be big and have a "roll" to it. you can ask about this in Men's Clothing section.

the style now is for the joint to be small. you're going to be pressed to find it another way.

Not sure if anyone is with me, but this small collar trend is absolutely horrible. They look like shit. I'm beginning to see so many shirts with smaller and smaller collars, and I instantly pass over those unfortunately. I love the larger collars and especially collars with a roll.

    Different strokes.

I like this micro collar craze going on. I think it looks neat.

Waitin' for mandarin collars to get popular. Then I'll finally be able to wear all those shirts I bought when the Matrix was cool.

Wait for Mandarin collar white suit jacket/black shirt to come back. Shit, I'll be ready then, just got to bust out the ol' HS Winter Formal getup from 1998 (inspired by Jet Li's appearance in Lethal Weapon 4. Also, I wish I was joking, but I'm not)

As for the OP's query, you should check out LOVA. They put out a bunch of small collared shirts, pretty nice/slim fitting if I recall.

I think they look fine by themselves, but the collars look crappy with a blazer

BB has actually introduced a smaller collar on some of their sport shirts in the extra slim fit. Call it the 'clifton' collar.
