Definitely the slim bootcut. I've got the same proportions as you, and I don't like the way a relaxed bootcut looks on me.

Also, fix your URL tag

I'm not a fan of Diesels myself, but if we just talk about the fit, it really depends on the pieces you plan to pair with the denim. A relaxed sillhouette can work on scrawny ass guys, but not if you pair it with form-fitting tops. Buy narrower fitting jeans, and you're in for a complete wardrobe rehaul if your existing tops are on the relaxed side. So really, it's a matter of what you already have in your closet and what you plan to do with your outfits in the immediate future. My advice-- own both relaxed and fitted (not necessarily diesel), then play around with proportions.

I hate relaxed jeans because they feel even more constricting than skinny fitted jeans. Something about the loose thigh and the way the rise works, it doesn't align up with my actual legs and body types so it's more uncomfortable to move around in my slim bootcuts vs. my tapered skinny jeans.

honestly, when you are skinny and you wear more relaxed fit jeans, the denim will flap around which negatively highlights how skinny you are because of the contrast. On the other hand, a nice slim fit (not super tight long-john tight) positively highlights your legs, and may make your legs look nice and long. all you need is a fitted shirt and you are good to go!

I dunno, i am more of a slim fit guy. You should be glad that you can pull it off nicely! With your size, you can definitely look great...

Slim, because it makes fat people sad.
