Hey

I looking for a leather jacket or a peacoat that is slim fitting.

I live in NYC and I am looking to spend around 600 dollars.

Thanks

Neither....Skip the leather and the pea for the woolrich Maine guide jacket or upland jacket.

Both are sick and very uniqued compared to what every other dude is wearing out there. BTW I am pretty sure the maine guide jacket is heavier than the upland jacket.

Prada. I think they do good job with coats. They are slim and, at least for me, fit perfectly.

Z Zenga has an nice navy blue trim wool winter coat out... about waist-length... removable liner. Tried it on recently at a local Syracuse store and was impressed... price tag is about $950 though. I'll see if I can dig up a photo of it.

these are both cool... but may not be warm enough for a NYC winter. Well at least not the upland.

The Schott pea coat is about as classic as it gets - and is still made in New Jersey. If you buy it one size down, it's pretty slim. It's definitely warm enough too, and you'll have plenty to spend on another jacket.

I picked up a Spiewak Dugan peacoat yesterday, under $200 and form fitting.

Looks better in person, I'll see if I can't take some pics with it later.

Might just be that pic, but the 4 buttons looks very strange

I prefer a dirty mirror over that scarf.
