I was up on Bluefly tonight and saw this (left):

or specifically this: http://www.bluefly.com/pages/product...&Nu=Product+ID I wondered if anyone could suggest other brands that do down jackets without making you like

and priced around $100 or less. I really like the look of the jacket but more importantly don't need something as warm as those puffy North Face ones. Just something to wear when out on the town and I won't have to worry about being drenched in sweat if I'm wearing more than a paper-thin tee. Cheers.

that could work, if you're slim. for those of us who are athletic with wider shoulders + chest, sizing down does not work, unless of course, all i wear is a tee underneath.

Doesn't look bad, but I was referring to the guy wearing the olive down jacket on the left. Normally I'd just size down but I'm not sure that'd really work here. Size would only dictate...well, size in this case, not necessarily the amount of down stuffed into the jacket. See photo:

Although while googling for images, I came across this:

Slim, only $40, and comes in Medium. Aw, ****. How did this turn into the "Do You Wear Women's Down Jackets" thread so fast? Just close this thread up, Brian, for the sake of all of us.
