Slim Fit Shirts for Work, Best Value?

Can you please give me suggestions or web sites if I want to get slim fit shirts for work (I work in finance in an investment firm) for a reasonable price, hopefully $50 or less per shirt. Slim fit, ready-to-wear shirts have worked well in the past, but open to other suggestions if there are good values in the MTM space. I live in San Francisco and would prefer a retail store to a web site, but willing to go through a web site if they have a favorable return policy. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

If you have a Marshall's or TJMaxx near you they usually have some Ralph Lauren Polo "custom fit" shirts for $34.99. I love them. Slim, but not restrictive. I also bought two Hilfiger Slim Fit dress shirts for $21.99 a piece. They fit me very well. Not top quality, but I like them for everyday "if these get trashed no big deal" action.

The Hilfiger ithaca shirts are very good for the money.

Dunno if Century 21's are around your area, but they have a lot of Hugo Boss slim fits for around $40-50.

This. Charles Tyrwhitt has 2 stores in NYC, otherwise, load up next time you're in London.

I love when I worked at Polo and people wouldn't buy an item if it didn't have the horse.

Nordstrom slim fit shirts are underrated and are a decent value during their sales or at Nordstrom rack.

The British brands mentioned above or Brooks Brothers extra slim fit shirts work well. The BB shirts are currently priced above your range but during sales you can get them within your range.

I really like my John W Nordstrom shirt, but I had to get the sides and the sleeves taken in. It seemed baggy to me. Great fabric/buttons though!

I have several TM Lewins that are very nice. And as stated, Tyrwhitt has two stores in New York.

I've seen HUGO (Boss's red label) for $40-$50.
