Does anyone know where I can find a slim fit jacket w/ high armholes and tapered waist? I've tried looking everywhere, but I can't seem to find one. : (

Try a Ralph Lauren Black Label, you don't get any slimmer than that.

Zara, H&M if you want to do it cheap. If you want to spend money, there are plenty of European fashion labels that do it. And yeah, Black Label too.

I like Ben Sherman over H&M for slim-cut jackets, but that's as much about personal preference and the luck of having a BS Medium body-shape. Armholes are usually small. Some have a lot of waist suppression, others have an 'American' cut for this market. Of course, if you can afford it, Ralph Lauren Black Label is your friend. Or a TaT custom.

Remarkable -- I think I need to hit a zara just to see if I can get this same fit!
