I've grown a bit pudgy recently so some of my slimmer fitting 38s no longer fit.

Prices including U.S. shipping. Canada shipping is an extra $10 (it costs more to ship within Canada, sorry Canadabros!).

Measurements are in inches and are taken according to AskAndy, with the exception of the sleeve, which is taken from the shoulder seam to the "point" at the tip of the cuff as shown:
