Slim belt to go with slim tie?

now i have a few slim ties, their smaller than the traditional size. but not super thin.

I can't remember who i saw, but the we're wearing a slim tie, with a slim belt.....i hadn't really thought about it before...i just wore w/e belt matched my outfit.

But now that i think of it, a slim belt kinda does go with a slim tie.

anyways, what are your guy's ideas on this?

i perfer the bigger belts, the ones with large widths. but for a slim belt......i'd probably consider that something like 1'' or 3/4''..............defintly not something as small as like 1/2'''

what are your guy's thoughts on this slim tie/belt combo??
