Sleeves on slim dress shirts get very wrinkled.

Is there any way to stop this?

you can see what Im saying on his lower right sleeve. That crunching up

Personally I think it's too small. It's arkward trying to get the correct collar size and getting a shirt to fit elsewhere, esoecially if you're getting old and podgy like me. Most slim fits are are aimed at kids ... not that I'm jealous like

There's no way to stop that on a cotton must iron shirt if you want such a tight sleeve.
A polyester no iron shirt might not wrinkle as much.

A shirt with a heavier and softer fabric will also crease less. But, cotton shirts crease naturally, just as linen creases naturally; they're not supposed to look like t-shirts or elasticated fabric. If you're really averse to creases you can, as mentioned above, get non-iron shirts: Eton do such a shirt pretty well, but the non-iron treatment involves chemicals and isn't a mark of a really well-made shirt.
