Sleeve length

Jacket on left I intend to lengthen sleeve by 5/8ths", jacket on right will reduce sleeve by 3/4".

Does that sound about right? Ignore the shirt/jeans pls, for reference I'm 6'.

Dropped them off at tailors, will post results in a couple weeks.

Looks like the chest is too tight and the shoulders are too big on the lighter jacket (the darker jacket is too dark to see)...might want to address those issues while it's in the shop.

Yes the left is too short and right a little long, but it's impossible to say from pictures the amounts. In reference to your 5/8", 1/8" increments are too small of a tolerance for any seam and even more so for sleeves, since you could probably mark it 10 times and not consistently hit the same spot within an 1/8". If you tell a tailor 5/8", they will nod yes and then do 1/2".

I cannot choose one, both have errors that could make you look silly. Try consulting another tailor.
