What sleeve length does European 42 convert to? 43?

    Thanks.

42 and 43 in European shirt sizing refers to the collar size (42 is a 16.5, 43 is a 17). Frequently, there is only one sleeve length per collar size, the assumption being (I guess) that you'll get the sleeves altered if you need them to be.

Ahhh, thank you for that response, that clears things up quite a bit.

But that leads me to another question. If the manufacturer makes sleeves that are too short for that collar size are you just out of luck with that manufacturer?

Well, unless the manufacturer does MTM, yes, you're out of luck.

Fortunately for me, I have short arms. It's never been a problem.

it also depends on the store you get them from. Korshak usually has lorenzini make their dress shirts with 3 extra centimeters in the sleeve to fit guys like me, whereas another store might carry the exact same lorenzini but NOT request the extra length.
