picking out a jacket you should pick the smallest size that feels comfortable in the shoulders. the rest can be altered.
the right sleeve is just a bit short. but even if it wasnt the problem is with your arms.
the right shirt sleeve is too short. with both jacket sleeves showing the same amount of shirt sleeve it will still be uneven. since the shirt sleeves are uneven to begin with.
take a good look at the front view picture again.
