Slacks fit check

Normally wear much slimmer pants but picked up a few new pairs and these are how they came back from the initial alteration. I don't want to pigeon hole myself into just wearing skinny fit, but are these TOO baggy to where they look goofy? Critique on the outfit'd be cool too.

Not really a suitable photograph to judge. You really should take the coat off and then have images of front/sides/rear of you just standing normally with your arms at your sides.
