I'm really looking forward towards the 18th.

I can warmly recommend extending the heel cup to the arch on your EB shoes. It doesn't cost extra and offers amazing comfort and support!

We had two pairs have straps break at the same place (one calf, one shell) and I need to figure out if there's an issue with the pattern. No issue with the suede version.

the breaking point is where the layers of leather is thickest and the needle does not seem to be able to stitch through that amount of thickness.
