Waiting for these was frustrating (as I paid for them in full about four weeks ago), but I guess there was an issue with EG and providing shoe trees (which I don't yet have and I guess wouldn't be delivered until late summer). That frustration completely dissipated as soon as I got a look at these, which I just picked up today:

My first Galway (and EG that I bought retail). It all makes sense now...

I think if I won the lottery, this is the first boot I would purchase. Not that it is unattainable, but I'm scared to buy my first pair of Edward Greens, because I know I'll be hooked!

Highly probable, because as long as you find your fit there's quite a bit there to like. Design, construction, attention to detail, leather, finishing, and overall quality. Just to name a few.

What kind of doc are you? I just started my fellowship.

Finishing up in podiatry and foot/ankle surgery hence the love of shoes!

What is your fellowship in?

I am thinking a mto Bonafe version of the chestnut St. James. Kill two birds that way. Something like the chestnut st. James and trying a Bonafe.

I thought I saw one of those in one of the previous MTOs. Or at least a tan colored Mod 3200. Also, I think the gold museum calf plain toe adelaide was supposed to be like the St James II originally so it's a good idea. I think the Mod 3200 is probably my favorite Enzo so it's a good choice.

Are they ready yet? I got in the preorder in end-February but I thought they were going to be delivered in Aug/Sep. Or is this an earlier run?
