1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Just to summarize...

That Kudu Arran is nuts! I love it.

I'm really liking the pearl grey, too. Does GG have any other museum-ish or mottled shades???

Quote: This was a single MTO back from the days of Thorpe Tan Kudu GMTO…..

Just took them a little longer to make this MTO pair.

Thanks for your appreciation gents, looking forward to receiving them!

If memory serves me right I think there's enough for maybe 1-2 pairs more.

Well we are still waiting for the Tan kudu Thorpe GMTO to come in anyway so it isn't that long that you've been waiting.

Sorry, my mistake. I thought it was already delivered.
I did not mean to complain, it wasn't a long wait.

Just a word about the new Carmina US pricing, tomorrow at around 11 AM (Central European Time) we are launching our new US website, which will include the new US pricing. Please note that this only affects US clients. New recommended retail price is as follows (prices includes customs and handling fees, and we will offer free shipping for orders over $50.

    • Shoes: $450
    • Short boots (Chelseas and Chukkas etc): $530
    • Boots (Balmorals, Jumpers etc): $575

Anyone wanting to take advantage of the VAT deducted pricing should do so ASAP.

Also, we are raising our Edward Green prices again due to a raise in wholesale price, from 9600 SEK to 9900 SEK (including VAT). This will also happen tomorrow.

While this is an increase (assuming those are Carminas) it isn't drastic since it includes shipping and duties. In the current pricing, ship/duties seems to bring shoes close to 400 (from 350). Do I have that right? Not devastating if so.

Yes, but it may go up tad bit because they will include the FedEx import fees etc

Canada is not affected at this time so please refer to the below, we have had free shipping for orders to Canada for a couple of months (for orders over 1500 SEK).

Yes, GG will go up a bit because it includes customs, base styles will be around 1110 USD. Basically, the same as if you order through GG directly.
