1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

You think? The upper looks a much different grain structure from the shaft.

Carmina Tärnsjö Wingtip - Oscar instep on an oxford is low for me but the leather is awesome so deciding to keep it. Hopefully I don't regret my decision in the future...

It appears as something "shrunken". However, I have seen many buffalo leather shoes that have an extremely heavy grain.

Buffalo on the whole shoe. The quarters have a heavier texture - just like it had on the double monk.

    Correct.

    That's what I feared.
The internal answer to this rhymes with 'fit' or 'right', depending on which side of the channel you are.
Oscar is already roomy for me, high in instep and volume, Soller won't work for sure, is my take.
