1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

    There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Thanks @RogerP ! This is my first U-Wing and I'm interested in a makeup as a boot. I've seen a few around here that are stunning. As for the outerwear, here are a couple of more lousy pics.

    You know guys @Leaves probably can check this but if Carmina can obtain Blue Musuem calf I would be interested in U-wing boot, If Carmina does not have Blue Musuem calf maybe Bonafe has U-Wing boot in its archives.

    Quote:Problem with carmina is they don't want to let you know where they source their museum calf. But they probably have it. Although you will probably not know how it looks until they are made. Where'nt you in the carmina GMTO for a 100% calf vegano brown balmoral boot?

    Quote:I think an austerity u-wing boot calls for grained shaft (or what I don't like but still find beautiful on other peoples feet suede). Navy and burgundy, miam.

    Corollary: on a flight to Asia this week via Europe, flew directly over western Ireland and saw on the in-flight map both Galway and Shannon and immediately thought of Edward Green boots...as opposed to, you know, beautiful cities with living, breathing people in them.

    The cities were named after the shoes.

    Hi Leaves, how does the Enzo Bonafe 363 MOD round classic last compare to EG 202 or 888 last? I wear 7.5 888 of EG, should I wear 7 or 7.5 EB 363?

    I would totally say that if I was a tour guide. Make up facts as I go.

    @rpetersson

    Love that first boot. What's the style number? I guess it's an "Adelaide boot," huh?

    Anyone know the last? Looks like Soller or Forest.

    You thinking of this?

    That's pretty much the ideal blue boot to me. Without the brogue if that suits you better. You guys should do it. I think it would look fabulous.

    I'm possibly interested in a u wing boot in blue/navy. I prefer Carmina since I know my sizing for the Rain last.

    That with a taller shaft and slightly darker blue upper would be very close indeed to my personal ideal.

    I just placed my preorder for the G&G St James II Chestnut. Since Skoat isn't stocking the F width I needed for this particular shoe preorder was the way to go. Soon I will be part of the G&G Family. I have 3 months to spoil my wife before I take delivery.

    My Willow Dovers arrived yesterday. Just gorgeous. LOVE this leather. Whoever described the texture as reminding them of tree bark was spot on. Very unique. Props to Skoak for consistently coming up with some pretty special makeups.

    Just took some quick snaps before I lost the light and I'll resize them over the weekend, but here's a teaser pic:
