Sounds like balmoral boots are getting some hype again! Maybe this will increase activity in the balmoral boot thread!


added some goodies over there including more pics of the ucap/uwing

can we agree on a name for this style? i guess uwing makes more sense

Those U-Wing Shell boots came out soooo nice, I curse myself for not ordering more pairs.


HA! is Carmina set on only making this as a balmoral? I would buy another if we can get open lacing. doesnt even have to shell cordovan :happy:

I don't know!!!!!!! I felt like this was a "once in a..." Type of boot and it kinda looks like one.

I can't improve on this pic, so here it is again. This boot truly are a wondermous site to see.

Don't consider myself a bal boot kind of guy...but I would wear those thrice weekly.

I dunno. I don't think it would have the same impact as a derby boot. You'd loose the brogueing around the throat. Plus I think that shape lends itself to a bal, more. IMHO.

Love their Cognac shell! I just picked up some longwings from Carmina direct and just can't stop staring at all the different shades that color brings out. Looks good Gents!:slayer:

. Could be. I'd be more inclined to agree if I knew what we were talking about.
