1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Damn those shoes are nice

And their shipping comes via USPS if you are in the states. Much rather pay for actual shipping and not duties

Those are absolutely beautiful shoes, torn between the chukkas and the boots, both have their charm. What kind of welt stitching is on the boot? Is the double stitch on the side suppose to protect the boots like a storm welt?

Maybe i shouldn´t answear all questions in this thread but since i´m online... :satisfied:

The welt stitching is called norwegian or norvegese in italy.

The Norwegian derby shoe in the top is on a generous last, I'd say equal to an Edward Green 202 or 606 F-fitting.

How about the boots? The Norwegian and boot look amazing. I am a 10/10.5e on the EG 606, what would you suggest for sizing?

The 946 last, on which the boots and the Chukka is made on, fits very much like Carmina Forest last although slightly snugger in the toe box. So you'd probably be a UK 10 in these, but we actually sold this size out, sorry. This was somewhat of a trial order for us, and we will stock more sizes and models for the upcoming fall season.

You haven't lived till you've had a double dose of the G.

    The G&G, that is.

After a few days with my new Bonafe derby boots I'm thinking you have to try some of the EB as well...they....complete...me. :D

Made mine in Burgundy (different shade from the Chukkas):
