1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

@Leaves That was fast! Went to sleep hoping that a pre-order would happen and woke up to the link! Order placed! This will be my first pair of EB's, so I'm pretty stoked!

Gabriel / Patrik, now that we've seen the awesomeness that is Tarnsjo for EB, could you tell us what other colors there are besides oak? I seem to remember there are three options.

    Hey guys,

Can anybody comment on Carlos Santos fit of the last 234 in respect to last 160. Is 234 wider or shorter? I have chukka on 160 last and that last is fairly long and narrow in respect to for example Carmina Rain last. I do take the same size in both lasts though. I do wonder about 234 last since I am contemplating ordering boots on that last.

Any input is appreciated. By the way I know I am supposed to email Skoaktiebolaget for the fit issue but I am interested in opinions of forum members too.

The 234 last has a slightly higher instep than the 160 last but is not as elongated as the 160. Please e-mail us for further advice.

Wow I have to say that it is an amazing choice!

Will it also be available in other lasts in a single MTO, since I can't use anything but my own custom last?

Also will other brands like GG or St. C also be able to get leather like this? Or do they have a similar leather?

You have your own Enzo last? How'd you go about getting that done?

I had a special last for me that Skoaktiebolaget was able to get them to make for me based on what size I use for my other brands that Skoak carries. Then from there I had to have a more narrow width made as well. It took a while to do since I was not able to go to Italy to have my measurements taken and I did take a risk with that method.

Since I'm such a weird size, I didn't mind the risk but I really wouldn't recommend it for most people without getting formal measurements taken. I'm in the medical field with a specialty in Foot/Ankle surgery some I'm much more used to taking measurements of feet and knowing the anatomical landmarks to make it less of a risk.
