Placed my GMTO order. for those of you on the fence, leaves linked a picture of the hidro volpe made up. looks great

This looks much lighter than the whole cut that was posted in other thread by the vend'or which lok lot darker close to dark brown at least from the pic.

My next shoe will most likely be from EB. Just a pain ********** to have to start from scratch w/r/t sizing again.  Come to SF on your US tour and bring some EB with you!

Believe me, I would love to. SF is one of my favorite places in the US, I have some friends who live there too. Would be great to hang out with some old friends and meet my esteemed clients at the same time. I do fear for my liver though. Last time I was there...well...lets just say it was an experience. I remember Sodinis, Gold Club, nameless Irish pubs and George Lucas' Town house which I thought was strangely bereft of any Star Wars merchandise.

I took 8.5 (my typical UK size, or my US size -1)

Yea brother you are my size I have never tried simpson but take AE 9.5 on 5 last. Do you also take 8.5UK in Edward green? I just ask because I had to size full down from 9.5UK to 8.5Uk for 606 last aka dover. So wondered do you take 8.5UK on all EG last or are you 9UK on 888 & 82 last for EG.
