The heel counter is one piece wrapping around the back and covering the seam up to the tab that folds to the inside. You can see it in the top photo.

A few more pics of the Enzo Bonafé Jumper in Col. 8 Horween Cordovan. I was unaware Bonafé had such skills with Shell. They told me that they used to do a lot of shell a few decades ago but then demand went down, but now of course it's more sought after than ever, still they do very little Shell these days. But when I learned that they have access to almost every Horween Shell color from their leather merchant I immediately sent through a few orders. We have three styles in Shell incoming this fall.
