    Gents,

    Quick question here:

Is the Carmina Classic Wingtip the same brown as the Carmina Brown Double Monk?

Any non-studio "at-home" or Iphone shots would be appreciated of any brown carminas from skoaktiebolaget

    Thank you!

These are the classic brown wingtips in somewhat direct sunlight. They are dark brown in any other lighting

From what I understand they're both in "vegano brown", a mid/dark brown shade that is very hard to capture. Other shoes in this color are the austerity brogue and the semibrogue, most likely the derby and the modern classic too. My five hole chukkas (model #905) are in the same color and as you can see it varies with the light, sometimes they're a dark brown and sometimes almost red/burgundy:

Unfortunately I don't have any daylight photos of my semibrogues.

^ Yep. I'm an idiot for not taking advantage of the lower pricing on the Black Grain Jumper GMTO. Those look sweet. Congrats, very versatile.

These old things.... compared with a little snuff belt, for perspective.
Love the color, can't wait to see it in daylight.
    Indoor lighting is tough.

Sorry for being AFK for a while guys. Florence-Bologna-Milan in three days does not leave much time over for SF unfortunately.

Yes, most likely. But also faster shipping (we only use FedEx Priority to North America) and much better tracking. Still, even faster US customs fee

Restock has been ordered, please email [email protected] to be on the waiting list.

We have no plans on switching the 888 Inverness to the 890 last anytime soon.

Thanks, very grateful for this. For us, word of mouth is a very important part of our growth as we do not do much advertising or banners.

Yes, they will be restocked. Note that you can order a larger size and just take them to a cobbler to be shortened, takes 5 minutes max. Some people even do it at home, it's actually very easy.

Sounds perfectly logical to me. :D

Rain and Robert are not very compatible pattern-wise, so probably not. Maybe for a single MTO.

The picture of the Balmoral boot featuring the curved topline is he first Balmoral boot pattern from Carmina made specifically for the Rain last. You asked for it, we delivered. It took me about a year to convince them to do a Rain Bal Boot, but luckily sometimes they listen to me. :) We have it incoming later.

It is already confirmed and good to go.

    Carmina widths:
    D Very narrow
    E Narrow
    EE Normal
    EEE Wide

    Lasts available in different widths:
    Forest E , EE , EEE
    Detroit E,EE,EEE
    Rain D , EE, EEE

No, but I'll give you a hint; it's European. :satisfied:

Thanks. Yes, we stocked up on UK 5.5 for this spring season and also expanded our range for UK 6 / UK 6.5 .
