I received my Carmina MTO the other day: 955 Model--Brown suede derby on a double leather sole. Very very happy.

All--here are what I would consider final specs for the Rain last shortwing boot...if these do not work then this GMTO is essentially dead...

Eyelets: 4 eyelets & 4 hooks
Sole: "500" sole with Dainite bottom (the 500 has a slim mid-layer...this option that is between a single and double sole...essentially a 1.5 sole)
Leather: Dark Cognac Cordovan
