Don't have the Shanklin but a unlined chukka from CJ called Hartland. It feels very different one the foot, almost as you don't wear shoes, but they are really comfortable.
I think it will be a great shoe to wear casual when it's a bit warmer and I don't think you will be dissatisfied
Birds eye view would be awesome
I come to think that EG Dover would look really great in any of these pin grain colors. What say you
Did someone say Dover??!
Quote:I agree, but have my heart set on blue for my next Dover.
A blue Dover...you aren't thinking suede by any chance are you??
No, I was thinking burnished calf.
That works, too!
I used to be obsessed with blue suede sneakers and I still own a pair or two. I was thinking that a well thought out blue suede Dover MTO could serve the same purpose. Now that I'm all grown up.
I could be convinced into that too. Midnight blue dover.
Good to know!
But we'd need Skoak to order it as a stock model, right? Not sure how many commited buyers that would take, but if it's a possibility I would be in. If not, and if I'm not completely destitute post-Christmas (seems unlikely) I may just grab one from Unipair.
Why don't you guys just start a GG GMTO then?
