    Definitely not the Silverstone, it was a pic that came up during my research from the EG thread. Leaves called it the Cherwell, so I'm not sure of its unlined status or availability, but I like it...

    I would not call them heavy. I have a pair of Red Wing 9016 Beckman for comparison and they are noticeably heavier.

    It depends what you're comparing them to--heavy is relative and means different things to different people--but in the grand scheme of shoes they are not particularly heavy.

    ^^^ Good stuff. I was sorely tempted, but I am in greater need of a burgundy dress boot than a casual one, so resisting temptation.

    Pretty much a no-brainer grab if it remotely fits your rotation, though. Awesome boot in its own right, and who knows how long before we see the like widely available again.
