I agree with you on the sole. A synthetic sole doesn't look much if at all different from the side (my suede boots pictured earlier are Dainite) so it doesn't make the boot any less dressy in terms of aesthetics. But it does much improve the foul weather practicality. My leather soled footwear doesn't see much use in winter at all.

No problem I am flexible on the sole, I will go with what majority decides on.

So, we are looking at a Carmina model 80092 in Vegano Marron on the Robert last, with a Snuff Suede shaft and on a single Dainite sole? Very similar to this archived Skoaktiebolaget stock model? Please e-mail sales@skoab.se with your SF nick, PayPal e-mail and UK size in Robert and we'll try and organize this GMTO ASAP. We have been wanting to restock this make up anyway so it will be a great project.

That is a gorgeous makeup. I have been tempted by the cordovan / suede version in the past.

I really like it -- really, really like it--but do not want the dainite.

Do we really want to go with snuff suede at top. I would prefer darker look with dark brown suede something similar to EG Shannon model [IMG]

Just trying my luck. Would it be possible to sneak in a full calf version of the 80092 for the gmto? Thanks!

    Amazingly fast service.

Placed an order yesterday (Saturday), and got the shipping confirmation half an hour later.

    Great work.

Why not go with the Tomir sole then? It's mostly leather, but you don't end up with boots that can't even be used after some rainfall!

I'd be interested in a full calf version provided it was in dark brown like the EG Shannon above.

Does anyone have an oscar last and a rain last in the same size? Wanted outsole measurements of each-I read somewhere that the oscar last was slightly smaller than the rain last.
