oh English shoes definitely carry premium, justifiable or not, think my point is I found GG less "special" now. 1/3 of my collections are still CJ (sold some, but kept most after wife's cleaning order ), though I think I'll definitely increase my collection in AM.

I agree with your sentiments.

To be honest, in terms of comparability between AM and GG (baseline models), it would be between AM's Aeris line (his worst shoes) and GG standard. When discussing his Argentum line and above, there is clearly no comparison at all.

The "made in England" tag, well, it just means the shoes will cost more. It certainly doesn't mean they are better. Not by a long shot. For RTW stuff
