get some finely ground oats and drink like 200g a day. half in the morning half before bed...mixed with whey protein thats almost 1000 calories per day added of good carbs and 70g protein.
+100. I don't know what you mean by finely ground oats though. I'm guessing oat powder? I buy plain oats and grind them in a coffee grinder. Works really well. I add that in with protein and whole milk and it's a great meal replacement. I'll also drink a little flax and olive oil and that really ups the calories as well.
