+100. I don't know what you mean by finely ground oats though. I'm guessing oat powder? I buy plain oats and grind them in a coffee grinder. Works really well. I add that in with protein and whole milk and it's a great meal replacement. I'll also drink a little flax and olive oil and that really ups the calories as well.
