This is my first post so bare with me if this has already been asked. I have had this watch for over a year and I have grown tired of the traditional metal mesh band:

The issue is I want to replace it with a Nylon strap but am worried due to the small space between the body of the watch and the springs to hold the straps that it won't fit many, if any, strap not made by Skagen.

Do any of you have any experience in this, and any successes? Please let me know, i'd really appreciate it,

You're probably right. First step is to see whether you can even take that band off. Once you do, measure the lug width to see if you'd be able to fit a nylon strap through. In general, you want watches with regular, exposed lugs to be able to change the band. Skagen is notorious for having more "integrated" bands.
