I can never figure this out, so I'm here to get some help with an answer. If I need to "Hike" up my pants all the time..Are they too big, or am I too big???

A person can't be too big. But pants can be too small.

Are they falling down because there's too much room at the waist, or because they're being pushed down by your gut?

There's your answer. Or, part of it, and then the other part is "suspenders."
