I am looking to purchase an Aquascutum overcoat. I am waiting for measurements now. But I currently have 2" from pit to pit and 44" in length.

My measurements from a good fitting suit, based on a 39r suit jacket
Length: 32 3/8
Point to point: 18 3/4
Chest over arm: 46 1/2
Chest: 36 1/2

I am 6' and 160 lbs.

Thanks for all your help

The first bolded number doesn't make sense. The second is wrong. What do you want?

Sorry about that

23" from pit to pit-the first number

The second is taken from a measurement sheet that I received from MySuit, so I don't remember what it was based on. But I wear a 40 regular, with some tailoring.

Thanks

23" makes sense. Measure your mysuit jacket yourself - you're going to find that it's 41-44".

I am sorry alliswell.

I am still waiting for additional measurements from Ebay seller do you think the Aquascutum would be a good fit, if all other measurements are good?

So, I'm confused but I think you are saying that the Aquascutum coat is 23" P2P. Which is ~46" around. It will probably be too big if you typically wear a 39/40.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
