Sizing of Brooks Brothers Paraboot

BB lists their paraboots in US sizes. My non-BB paraboots are UK sized and the 8.5F fit well on what I consider to be my US 9.5D feet. Anybody have any idea whether the BB/paraboot follow this pattern -- UK8.5 = US 9.5? My BB store has no idea and the shoes are only available online.
Thanks

(a) buy both pairs and keep the pair you like best, or just buy the larger size and make it work.

(b) the shoes are probably the size they are tagged, e.g., if tagged US 9.5D they are US 9.5D not UK 9F or whatever. do not overthink it.

(c) don't trust the advice you get from random forum people about size conversion. feet are different, lasts are different, styles and leathers can make a shoe in a size on a last fit different too. some guy with a pair of paraboots that are five years old in a different style on a different last with different feet and a different opinion of what is fit -- his advice is useless to you.

(d) there is no consensus true opinion on whether or not a UK size in a style on a last from a maker fits more like this or that US size. e.g., some people swear the Alfred Sargent 87 last suede chukka in 10.5F fits like 11.5D US, and others swear it fits like 11D US, etc.

Thanks. I should have asked phrased my inquiry with greater precision:

Can anybody who recently has purchased a pair of BB Paraboot identify for me

1. the style from BB website
2. the BB stated size
3. the size marked on the inside of the shoe

Thanks

I have a pair of high boots that I purchased last fall. The boots sold out quickly so it hasn't been on their website since about December. I bought it in my usual size, and I believe it was marked that way.
