Size filter for B&S section - help us make it complete.

We have a chance to put in a size filter for the B&S section. Please take a look below and see if I've missed anything. We will not be putting in all the variations (e.g. 40S, 40R, 40L, 40), because there will be one single drop down for each category, and I think that a list of 100 sizes helps no one and confuses everyone. Moreover, it would mean that you'd have to do tons of different searches if you are either/or two sizes, since the filter will act as a tree, and AFAIK, we will not be able to filter to get both size 10 and size 11 shoes, for example. Unfortunately,we don't have the resources of a Yoox or an Ebay Both the category field and the size field will be mandatory, so it's important that N/A or "onesize" is in the relevant categories.

Please help me be as thorough as possible. We essentially have one at bat for this thing, and it will be hard to make changes after the fact.

In your suggestions, please use the format

Category, size convention name, complete list of sizes.

This goes for both modifications and additions. The categories are already set, and we'll not be discussing changes to these, at present.
