What is your opinion about the fit, I want to know the problem with the width?. Because I can see the inner leather of the shoe

Correct, the facings of the shoes are spread quite far apart. Could be because the width of the shoe isn't right for you (e.g., because of larger-than-average ankles).

Hopefully, other people can chime in, but you could try sizing up in width (which can be more expensive), try a different last that's a bit wider, or try derbies (below) which can be spaced a bit more apart without looking weird. The staff from the store at which you bought the shoes should also be able to tell you which last might be better for you

Not a professional shoe fitter but a lifelong narrow footer. So I’m looking at this based on what I believe should not be happening. If that makes sense. Almost always for dress shoes the looseness would not be noticeable like in your photo, assuming you are standing straight up. So I am having a hard time trying to figure this one out. Is this your normal size? But like as has been mentioned I think you need a wider shoe. Has this ever happened with dress shoes before? That area does look cramped. Could it be the heel front area is pushing on the side?

In the picture I am standing, the shoes I wore them for the first time yesterday, they are very comfortable, they do not fit me, but I find it strange how they open at the ankles, in general it is my size 8UK and these shoes have this size.

I have the exact same problem with Edward Green cap toe oxfords (82 last), where the shoes fit comfortably, but the facings are spread quite far apart. This was especially surprising because I took the exact same size as my C&J loafers, but I guess the last is just narrower.

Anyway, I still need to make some trips to shoe stores to find out which oxfords lasts fit me better.

The gaping in the back happens because your midfoot is too wide for the shoe. You need a wider shoe. The V is wide because either you have a high instep or your foot is too wide for the shoe. Again, try going up a width. It’s possible you may need a larger size. Hard to tell from just pictures
