It features full canvas construction. Made in Italy to the highest standards. It is tagged a 42L US / 52L EU, and fits true-to-size. The quality of the 100% WOOL ("100% Wolle" on the inner garment tag) fabric on this suit is superb. It is a stunning lightweight wool with an "open" weave that lets the air in well. It has an incredible soft hand and drapes very well. A label on the inside of the jackets denotes that the fabric is from Canali's "Travel Water Resistant" fabric line. Presumably, this means that it resists wrinkles and rain well. It would make an excellent workhorse suit. The pattern of the fabric can be described as "Prince of Wales" check / "Glen" plaid. The colors of the threads are grey, black, and off-white. When viewed from a distance, the suit appears to be light grey. Since this is a lightweight travel suit, the jacket is lined only in the sleeves. The MSRP on this suit is about $2200 before tax. So consider this a deal on an amazing suit in a rare size!
