It has an incredible soft hand and drapes very well. A label on the inside of the jackets denotes that the fabric is from Canali's "Travel Water Resistant" fabric line. Presumably, this means that it resists wrinkles and rain well. It would make an excellent workhorse suit. The pattern of the fabric can be described as "Prince of Wales" check / "Glen" plaid. The colors of the threads are grey, black, and off-white. When viewed from a distance, the suit appears to be light grey. A luxurious sportcoat with superior hand-stitching details. A true Neapolitan masterpiece. Keep in mind that this is a recent model, from 2015. Many of the Partenopea jackets currently listed on eBay are 10 year old jackets that have outdated styling (often unattractive 3 button configuration), from before the time when Partenopea updated its jacket cuts.
