Up for sale is a pair of brand-new-without-tags Howard Pants in size 34. Never worn.

These are in the USA cut. Made by Hertling in Brooklyn, NY to very high standards. Comparable quality to Incotex. Amazing construction.

Fabrics on the pants is also extremely high quality. Hertling sourced the flannel fabric for these pants from Vitale Barberis Canonico (VBC), an Italian mill considered by many to be one of the best in the world. These are the ultimate pants to wear with sportcoats. Can wear them with a navy blazer or something more casual like tweed.

Official description from Howard Yount:

Woven in Italy by Vitale Barberis Canonico, this is one of our all time favorite flannels. Perfect for fall, still wearable into spring, and excellent for warmer climates, it is warm and extremely soft. Classic slim fit. Flat front. Three button closure. D-ring side adjusters. Two piece/curtained, rear-split waistband and interior piping of blue oxford cotton. Coin pocket. Zip fly. Unfinished.

I'm selling these because I already have enough grey flannel pants. They've been hanging in my closet unworn for awhile.

I had the length hemmed at 30 inches (uncuffed) and taken in by 1 inch in the waist to make them true 34 waist. (Howard Yount size 34 pants come with a true 35 waist by default) Very meticulously done. They can easily be lengthened/shortened by a tailor. They all have extra material in the hem that can be let out. For reference, I am 5'10''

I bought these a few months ago from Howard Yount for $195. Here is the current season's model in the same fabric: http://www.howardyount.com/collections/pants/products/super-120s-d-ring-fall-flannel-dark-gray

These HY staple pants hardly ever go on sale. Jamison only seems to put the odd colored cotton pants on sale.

I will let them go for 15% off, or $165. Keep in mind that I also put about $40 into the hemming and taking in the waist at the tailor, saving you valuable time and money if the length works for you. (I am 5'10 for reference)

$165 shipped CONUS, firm. Add $12 for shipping for all other countries.

As implied with all SF classified listings, sale is final. Sold as is.

Approximate measurements, taken by myself with a tape measure:

Waist: 34
Rise: 11.25
Inseam: 30
Leg opening: 8.65
