1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

On the topic of PMs, a message used to pop up within the browser when I received PMs. It hasn't done that for the past couple of days. Any ideas or is anyone else experiencing this?

    Browser: Chrome in OSX

Yes, I've noticed that recently too, it's intermittent. Chrome in OSX and in Windows 7.

Either it's no message, or a message that pops up with the wrong number of PMs (which IIRC is an old and separate bug).

Can I be given the dubiously honored privileges in the Game of Thrones thread?

Sometimes people forget their spoiler tags on major plot points and I would volunteer to keep the thread clean for the people who prefer to remain unspoiled.

We do need someone who can clean these types of threads up.

    That works too.

As long as someone is willing to be vigilant and insert the occasional spoiler tag. I don't think it can be stitchy...he has not yet read enough spoilers to know for sure when something is a spoiler.

I vote that all posts in the GoT thread should be automatically spoilered. It really wouldn't be any different from the current thread.

i watch the show and know what was not in it yet, and have read enough to know what should be spoilered. im not sure the forum allows for someone to edit within only one thread. either way, im happy to do it, or not. whatever the group decides is fine.

Whenever I hear "Game of Thrones" I think of a really fancy version of musical chairs.

Sorry if this has been reported by other people, but I don't get email notifications of new posts in subscribed threads anymore. Since three, four days, I think.

Can someone please go to CE, post the following image with the line "From Javyn, with love" ??

    They'll know what it means.
