Speaking of fucking up - I can't quote that section to where you replied to me. Only the bottom one where you replied to Kit. No idea why. Reloaded the page 3 times.

Let me know what the developer nerds say. I'll hold off on restarting any of the threads for now.

Weird, same here. It may have something to do with the script preventing more than 1 nested quote?

Is it possible to allow users to change the way dates appear on posts? In the current format I'm assuming it is in the American system of mm/dd/yy ... but would be nice to have the option/or to change them all to have the full month included i.e. 17 July 2011 - helps when you travel back in time looking for posts.

Don't know if this was reported or not, but the thumbs up function is broken using Safari on an iPad. Takes you to an error page.

as a terrible speller and someone who types in haste, I really miss the edit function.

Bottom left next to the red flag. I think it is a pencil, but it looks more like a paperclip.

You can still edit. Pencil icon next to the red flag does it.

Edit: Heismatt beat me too it.

There is an edit function. It's the grey pencil that shows up in the bottom left corner of your post.

Edit: nicely done matt, jmrouse. lol

Funny, the edit function is there, but its not showing up in this thread.

Also, is there a way to not show what you originally typed to edit? That kind of defeats the point of editing, no?

not sure if this is due to the new system, the hall monitors or both. either way it saves a lot time and makes browsing (specially GC) much smoother. hats off to ya!
