Any recommendations on a new mattress.

Bought a Simmons Beauty Rest from Mattress Warehouse 18 months ago. Had a ten-year warranty. Was sagging and lumpy. They sent out an independent inspector who said the mattress was defective. They still refused the claim saying it was not bad enough.
Inspector said she could not do anything; they only make a report and give their opinion. Was up to Simmons and Mattress Warehouse as to what standards they consider defective.
I have always got close to 10 years out of one before.

royalpedic. I have the all cotton mattress with 3-inch topper. not cheap, but very reasonable for the quality. I sleep soundly and with no pain.

Simmons World Class here with over 3000 individual coil springs. Sagging within 7 months of purchase. Non-flip mattresses are the conspiracy against consumers.
******* disposable level of craftsmanship. Made in USA (fuking proudly).

If you charged it on your credit card some CC offer an extended warranty. I'd check that route if i were you.

Latex foam is great and lasts forever. I bought a Flobed 10 years ago and it is still excellent. If I were buying it again, I would just get a slat frame foundation and not the "euro-slat" foundation.

I recently bought one of those and it was sagging as badly as a 15-year-old coil spring mattress within 6 months. Total POS.

Sorry but "Mattress Discounter"-type stores sell returns and factory rejects. They're con artists.

Better to go with a store with a good return policy (that you think will be in business twenty years rom now). Maybe Macy's?
