Hello All -
I've been a lurker here for years, so in spirit, thank you to the many many men who've educated me to date and to those who have made me laugh here...

Well...here's the first post, and its rather simple:

I did a search here for Lattanzi shoes, found a few interesting threads, read them, and basically had my beliefs confirmed about S.L. in that they're expensive, well made and expensive.

I was in their NYC store a few days ago and got what I thought was a pretty good education on what Lattanzi can do ... it's a lot.

So...to all those in the know, perhaps more so than I, I ask:

Should I get some Lattanzi?

Why Lattanzi and not Lobb, or Santoni, or Corthay or Gaziano or others? Well...I like the classicism of Lattanzi...that they're mostly "quiet" shoes in the shop (styling) but I'm able to customize to my heart's desire....

But WHY SO MUCH??

Insight please.

Thanks.
