I've been exploring purchasing this Sid Mashburn Wool Hopsack Suit. Does anyone have any experience purchasing a suit from Sid Mashburn? If so how was your overall experience? How would you compare the suit to others on the market such as RLPL?

Thanks in advance for your feedback

Anyone have any experience with a suit from this store? They are roughly $1,000+ and I wanted to get some feedback. Can you get better suits elsewhere for that price? Thoughts

Looks like a great suit if it fits you. Everything I've seen at Sid's store is good quality and if the suit is made in Italy, construction must be good. Comparison to RLPL or others is irrelevant unless you are looking for tons of handwork.

Purchased a pair of slacks fron them online.
Measurements they gave were inaccurate and pants
were rerturned. Excellent quality for the price.
Also, their service is very attentive.

Good point. I've been staying away from Suit Supply and other "budget" MTM. I've found that ones under $1k haven't worked out to my liking. They tend to be inexpensive fabrics (i.e. VBC) and then I need to spend $hundred tailoring.

I'd like some more feedback from others that may have purchased from Sid. This would be a big purchase for me, but I wear suits to wear everyday so it may be worthwhile.
