Showering: Morning/Day or Night?

I used to always shower in the mornings but this past year I have been showering at nights so I get to sleep in and not worry about it.

Now I am kinda paranoid about whether I am smelly to others (I do use deodorant and a fragrance) especially when someone comes in to work with chokingly bad BO and dont seem to realize it.

When do you guys shower? Am I being just overly paranoid about BO?

Morning. I find that people who shower the night before are lazy sad sacks.

Well, I run in the mornings, so showering between morning run and drive-to-work is pretty well compulsory.

Unless you change the sheets on your bed VERY regularly, showering at night and not in the morning sounds pretty gross.

^^ huh? isn't it the oposite? if you shower at night you're clean before going to bed so your sheets stay cleaner, whereas if you're a morning showerer then you've got a day's worth of sweat and grime that you sleep with?

^ true. I work out in the evening, so I shower at night. The people who tend to smell are those who skip showering (gross).

Both or all 3.

If I ride in the mornings - I ride, shower, work, live, shower, bed
If I work out at lunch, shower, work, workout, shower, work, live, shower, bed

I can't imagine not taking a shower before bed unless I showered very late in the day. Then again, I live in Florida where it's always hot and humid. When I'm in Brazil, I shower 3 - 4 times a day.

Always in the morning, sometimes in the evening if I feel it necessary.

Both. A quick rinse in the morning to wake up, and a normal one in the evening.

MOrning. I need it to jump start my day and I think it's a little filthy to roll around on dirty sheets for a night and not wash it off in the morning.

Edit - As I work out at night, I obviously shower afterwards but I still need my shower in the morning to wake up.

But isnt it kinda gross to crawl into bed covered in a day's filth?

I have a weird OCD'ness with showering after I've gone out for a period of time, even after I've showered just prior.

I have showered at night my whole life. I would rather not have any anxiety about it in the morning and I would rather sleep later. A shower isn't enough to wake me up in the morning. I have my clothes picked out the night before so in the morning I just wash my face, bruch my teeth and go. I have never had someody tell me I was stinky.
