1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

^ do you like the hanging trouser racks? Are they a pain to use? That'd save me some space

They're great for pressed pants and I don't find them to be a hassle.

Having too many tall boots makes for a storage problem, I've found. Can't take advantage of high-density shoe storage.

Do you mind low-res photos? I don't really have a camera but I have a phone.

    Cheers, ARW!

    needs more chambray
Hey, I'm trying to prevent a complete chambray takeover. You didn't even see my chambray pajamas and bed sheets.

the natural wood on wood looks really cool zissou.

What is wrong with you? [IMG]

[IMG] Are you having piranha shoes made or something? I used to have a piranha, but to tell the truth, my dog ate it.

Zissou, nice stuff! surprisingly sparse, I got like 25 pairs of shoes Im supposed to rotate (but in reality only use 5 for summer and 5 for winter).
Thanks, Bobo. I try to be a bit of a minimalist. I can't stand knowing that there is stuff hanging in my closet (or in my house in general) that isn't getting any use. I only have stuff that I like 100%.

Granted, this isn't the MC side of the forum, but I'm still surprised by the lack of shoe trees in these footwear photos. Why spend a few hundred bucks on a pair of shoes and then omit the $25 trees that will dramatically extend the shoes' lifespan and appearance?
