I recently sold this same jacket. Tried sizing up and and was definitely too big for me. Sleeve length was the biggest problem. If you have long arms you may be able to size up but otherwise I would not recommend it

What size are you after in the trousers? I've got a NWT pair in the house in a 34 or 36 that I'd happilly move on. I'm away at the moment and can't remember the exact size.
